In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there were presented results of research into the possibility of application of probiotic preparations together with aspartic amino acid for the treatment of endometritis of cows, as well as of choosing the optimal scheme of treatment. Based on the foregoing, it can be concluded that the therapeutic effect of the administrated veterinary preparations Batsinil , Laktimet together with aspartic amino acid was sufficiently high although a little bit lower in comparison with Rihometrinom. However, the duration of treatment using Rihometrina was longer, and a result had estrum at a later date. In addition, the use of the preparations Batsinil and Laktimet together with aspartic amino acid did not affect the quality of animal products. They were harmless, did not have any contraindications and side effects. Optimal treatment regimen could be considered the use of the Laktimet preparation at a dose of 15 ml together with 15 ml of a 4% suspension of aspartic amino acids in utero in course of five days. This scheme had a high therapeutic effect, low quantity of service period, and a high percentage of pregnancy in animals.
