In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there were presented methods of allocation of farm lands on the territory of agricultural organizations. There was shown the structure of technical and economic indicators of alternative variants of territorial placement of farms. There were suggested dependences for determination of the area of land depending on different type of farm land allocation. In the agricultural organizations with small community displacement of population it is economically expedient to form farms on the basis of existing small settlements at which there are no perspective production centers of basic economy, thus the area of the allocated land massif for formation of group of peasant farms can be established according to the presented dependences. For an economic justification of placement of land areas of peasant farms in projects of land management it is recommended to use a calculation and design method with the development and an assessment of the alternate options on technical and economic indexes. The choice of the best decision should be carried out on a minimum of the given expenses established in energy power calculation according to dependences presented the study.
