Studies on Rice False Smut Resistance of Yixiang Hybrid Varieties | 宜香系列水稻品种对稻曲病的抗性研究

chinois. 【目的】对杂交稻品种进行稻曲病抗性鉴定，揭示宜香系列水稻品种抗稻曲病原因。【方法】在雅安和江油地区的水稻病圃，通过稻曲病抗病性鉴定，对不同杂交稻组合稻曲病病情指数进行方差分析及配合力分析。【结果】研究表明不同地方、不同品种年度间发病情况不同，稻曲病抗性受基因加性与非加性效应共同作用，母本对杂种F1代稻曲病抗性的形成有至关重要的影响。【结论】通过病情指数配合力分析为选配稻曲病抗性杂交组合提供依据。

[Objective] This experiment was conduct to identify resistance of hybrid rice varieties on rice false smut and to reveal the rice false smut resistant of Yixiang varieties in Yaan and Jian- gyou areas. [Method] By identification resistance of different hybrid combinations on false smut resistance, ANOVA and combining ability analysis of disease index variance of rice false smut were performed. [Results] The results showed that the incidence differed from geography and breed in years, and genetic additive and non-additive effects work together on smut resistance. Female parent played a leading role on the false smut resistance in F1 hybrids. [Conclusion] Com- bining ability analysis through disease index provide the basis for selecting the anti-smut hybrids.
