Study on salt-tolerance at germination stage of 8 varieties of perennial ryegrass under NaCl stress | NaCl胁迫下8个多年生黑麦草品种萌发期耐盐性的比较

chinois. 试验采用6种不同浓度的NaCl溶液(0%、0.3%、0.6%、0.9%、1.2%和1.5%)对8个多年生黑麦草品种种子进行NaCl胁迫萌发,测定相对发芽率、胚根胚芽比、萌发指数和萌发活力指数。结果表明:多年生黑麦草种子萌发适宜的NaCl浓度≤0.66%,而其耐盐的临界浓度在0.9%~1.2%之间;利用聚类分析得出,在8个供试品种中,“全顺”、“守门员”和“雷神4”具有较强的耐盐性,“启萌”的耐盐性较弱。

In order to assess the effects of salt stress on relative germination rate, ration of radicle and embryo, germination index as well as germination vigor index at germination stage, 8 varieties of perennial ryegrass (Lolium perenne L.) were treated with NaCl solution at concentrations of 0 (CK), 0.3%, 0.6%, 0.9%, 1.2% and 1.5%. Results were as follows: the suitable salt concentration of perennial ryegrass germination was less than or equal to 0.66%, and the limit range of salt resistance of perennial ryegrass seed was from 0.9% to 1.2%. The comprehensive clustering analysis results showed that “Transeze”, “Topgun” and “Blazer Ⅳ” had the better salt tolerance. The “Inspire” had the worse salt tolerance, and “Derby Supreme”, “Pickwick”, “Twister” and “Caddishack” were at moderate level.
