Making genetic diversity by hybridization and selection in segregation populations is usual for self in plants breeding. Breeders use of variation derived from hybridization to catch new varieties of cereal. Some of this progenies can show superior ability to produce yield and adaptability than checks. In this assessment 453 segregation lines in two trial (F5, F6; 262 and 191lines respectively) was evaluated. Desirable trait such as plant height, maturity, disease resistance, and was recorded for each line and used for selections. In F5 segregation population selection was base on pedigree method and 222 sister line selected from 126 plots. In F6 segregation population from al plots the best homogen plants selected.
