The design of recognition and collection of pharmaceutical plants began in this province from 1372, and after that local information in the field of traditional medicine collected. The information collected as questionnair or petformed in one's. The information show that people use pharmaceutical plants in method of traditional medicine and directly. Until present time any informal company or organ were not active fundamentally in this field. In different seasons of year, according to local information sample of plants were collected. Also, for completion of collection, local plants collected completely and after recognition, pharmaceuticallity of them became distinct. Recognition of species of pharmaceutical plants was done with utilization of references as: Flora Iranica, colour flora of Iran, plants of Iran and so on. Almost 120 species of pharmaceutical plants were recognized in this province If remainder of collected species are recognized, the number of pharmaceutical plants in the province will increase. The dispersion of each of the recognozed pharmaceutical plants is shown on the maps. (The maps are on the 1:1600000 scale)
