This experiment was conducted to determine the best of nitrogen and potassium levels on promissing rice line (Line 23). A study conducte to experimental factors on based randomize complete block design in 2 years (2009-2010) in 2 locations (Rasht and Chaparsar). Experimental factors were nitrogen fertilizer in 4 levels such as zero, 60, 90 and 120 Kg net nitrogen per hectars and potassium fertilizer in 3 levels such as zero, 100 and 200 Kg K2o per hectars. Plot size was 3*4 meter and 3 to 4 plants per hill. In harvesting time after delete border effects harvested 6 squar meters in each plots. Combine analyses results for years and locations showed significant difference on many characters such as number of tillers, panicles length, number of filled grains and plant height. Nitrogen factors significantly (at P=0.01) for all the traits studied. Compaision means for yield on based Tokey methods showed that used 90 and 120 Kg N/ha and 200 Kg k2o/ha with means 6350 and 6732 Kg/ha respectively. Finally we can recommend for for this rice lines use 90 KgN/ha (about 200 KgUrea/ha) and 200 KgK2o/ha potash based on potassium solphate in each hectars.
