Kashan plain which is located in an arid zone of the central part of IRAN and recognized as a region prone to desertification processes with non-suitable climate and low potential in agriculture product was selected. Increase of population is the most reason in soil degradation and desertification. In this research, study quality and quantity water and soil. Quantity of water resources studied by pizometric well data and quality of water studies by analyses of factors such- as Ec,PH,SAR,... . Chang-of salt and alkaline soil investigated by soil profile and soil sample analysis . The result show 55 meters fall of water surface in 31 years and decrease water quality. The result of soil analyses show correlation between water and soil quality. The main reasons this changes are water irrigator use, non-drainage soil, irrigation method. For this condition, suggest use from systems distribution flood water, use alternate water source with high and low quality plant cultivate with low water request, use drip irrigation and prevention of irrigator utilization ground water.
