Estimated were the state of the institutional organization of the reproduction of the workforce in agricultural organizations and the content of the legal base in conditions oftransformation of the mechanism of the agrarian labor-market, from a freely functioning, self-tuning mechanism into a qualitatively new state, where the foreground is a flexible system of institutions. There was used the method of comparative analysis, as well as the method of expert evaluation. According to the results of the analysis of state of the institutional organization of the cost recovery of reproduction of the labour force in the agricultural organizations of the employer to the employee said it has been found that currently only its foundation has been laid – there has developed and adopted a number of normative documents, created institutions regulating social and labor relations in the system. it has been concluded that the content and form of the normative-legal acts on regulation of social-labour relations is often of a recommendatory nature, characterized by a declarative style of presentation of the fundamental provisions supposing optionality of their execution.. In addition, the lack of control of their execution and constant regulation of this process in general, the state allows making a conclusion about the imperfection of institutional organization in modern conditions of development of agricultural industry, the necessity of the further formation and development.

Оценивали состояние институциональной организации воспроизводства рабочей силы в с.-х. организациях и содержание организационно-правовой базы в условиях трансформации механизма аграрного рынка труда из свободно функционирующего, самонастраивающегося механизма в качественно новое состояние, где на первый план выходит гибкая система институтов. Использовался метод сравнительного и системного анализа, а также метод экспертной оценки. По результатам проведенного анализа состояния институциональной организации возмещения затрат на воспроизводство рабочей силы в с.-х. организациях работодателем наемному работнику установлено, что в настоящее время заложена только ее основа – разработан и принят ряд нормативных документов, созданы институты, регулирующие социально-трудовые отношения в системе. Сделан вывод, что содержание и форма нормативно-правовых актов по регулированию социально-трудовых отношений носит зачастую рекомендательный характер; характерен декларативный стиль изложения основополагающих положений, предполагающий необязательность их исполнения. Кроме того, отсутствие контроля их исполнения и постоянного регулирования данного процесса в целом со стороны государства позволяет сделать вывод о несовершенстве институциональной организации в современных условиях развития с.-х. отрасли, необходимости ее дальнейшего формирования и развития.
