Determinants of microbial contamination of honey bee products | Факторы, определяющие микробную загрязненность продуктов медоносных пчел

anglais. Apiaries situated in the south of West Siberia were objects of the study. There were studied factors forming the microbiota of honey bee products: a type of product, a collection area, botanical origin and weather conditions. A contribution of a product type to the total microbial number made up 50%, a collection area 8.7% of the variation of the trait studied. Pollen pellet is the most contaminated product (of the order of 10E5 CFU/g), ambrosia is contaminated in lower extent, and honey and propolis are contaminated minimal (not more, than of the order of 10E2 CFU/g) A type of product plays an important role in product contamination with micromycetes (yeast and mold), its contribution to contamination level has made up 42%; contribution of a collection area has been insignificant that is 3% of the variation of the trait studied. Pollen pellet is the most contaminated product again. Microorganism contamination was influenced by polyflorality and hydrothermic index. As a rule, increase of species number in a pollen pellet leads to contamination level increasing. Ratio of bacteria and fungi in microbiota varied from 1:2 to 60:1 depending on moisture conditions. Maximal number of species isolated from the honey bee products was belonging to genus Penicillium (47.7%) and Aspergillus (13.2%). Inside the micromicetes community seven typical species are marked out. Among them, destructors of carbohydrate-containing substrates have been predominant. Most species identified are eurytopic and can be found in various habitats of all biocenoses of Central Russia and Siberia.

russe. Исследования проводили на пасеках юга Западной Сибири. Изучали факторы формирования микробиоты продуктов медоносных пчел: вид продукта, район сбора, ботаническое происхождение и погодные условия. Доля влияния вида продукта на содержание общего микробного числа составила 50%, района сбора – 8,7% вариации изучаемого признака. Сильнее всего загрязняется обножка (до порядка 10E5 КОЕ/г), меньше – перга и слабее всего – мед и прополис (не более порядка 10E2 КОЕ/г). На загрязненность плесневыми грибами и дрожжами сильнее всего (на 42%) влиял вид продукта, степень влияния района сбора была несущественна – 3% вариации изучаемого признака. Вновь наиболее загрязненной оказывалась обножка. На загрязненность микроорганизмами влияли также прополис и гидротермический коэффициент. Как правило, увеличение количества видов пыльцы в обножке приводило к увеличению загрязненности. В зависимости от условий увлажнения менялось соотношение бактерий и грибов в микробиоте – от 2:1 до 60:1. Наиболее количество видов грибов, выделенных из продуктов медоносных пчел, относилось к р. Penicillium (47,7%) и р. Aspergillus (13,2%). В комплексе микромицетов выделено 7 типичных видов, среди которых преобладали деструкторы углеводосодержащих субстратов. Большинство идентифицированных видов являются эвритопными и выделяются из различных местообитаний всех биоценозов средней полосы России и Сибири.
