Intensive technology of beef production in the milk cattle breeding, based on principles of energy-savings and whole-year use of the canned forage, is worked. It is well-proven that her use provides the receipt of bulls living mass 460-530 kg in age 18 months at profitability of technological process 23-24 % and transformations of his combined energy in energy of increase of sapling at the level 2,65-2,70 %.
