Bacterial identification of Botrytis cinerea and Alternaria panax from a antagonized ginseng strain | 一株拮抗人参灰霉病菌和黑斑病菌的细菌鉴定

chinois. 利用梯度稀释法从人参种植地土壤中分离出1株对人参灰霉病和黑斑病病原菌均有良好抑制作用的菌株JL2011。该菌株在天然固体培养基中菌落呈浅黄色,隆起,黏稠状,表面湿润光滑。对该菌株进行16S序列测定。结果表明:16S扩增片段大小为1428bp;MEGA4.0软件对序列进行比较分析,鉴定出所分离菌株为多粘芽孢杆菌(Paenibacillus polymyxa),同源性达到99%。

Bacterial strain JL2011 was isolated from the soil of ginseng plantations with gradient dilution method, which can inhibit the growth of Botrytis cinerea and Alternaria panax from ginseng. Its colony was yellowish, bulged, ropinessed and its surface was wet and smooth on the natural solid medium. The length of 16S fragment was 1 428 bp. Based on the comparative analysis of sequences with software MEGA4.0, this strain was identified as Paenibacillus polymyxa, and the homology was up to 99%.
