chinois. 以棉花竹(Fargesia fungosa)成熟种胚诱导出的芽作为材料,研究其快速繁殖技术。结果表明:棉花竹的最佳增殖培养基为MS(Murashige and Skoog)+3mg/L BA(6-苄基腺嘌呤),增殖系数为3.77,芽丛生长旺盛;最佳生根培养基为1/2MS+3mg/L IBA(吲哚丁酸),生根率达100%,根系较长且粗壮;试管苗移栽至泥炭、蛭石、珍珠岩配制比例为1:1:1的混合基质中,成活率高达98%。本研究结果为棉花竹的扩繁和产业化生产提供了技术支撑,对箭竹属其他竹种的组织培养具有重要的参考价值。
Afficher plus [+] Moins [-]anglais. The buds induced from mature embryos were used as explants to study the rapid propagation technique for Fargesia fungosa. Murashige and Skoog’s (MS) medium supplemented with 3 mg/L BA was the optimal medium for bud multiplication. The highest proliferation coefficient was 3.77, and the cluster buds grown well. The suitable rooting medium was 1/2 MS supplemented with 3 mg/L IBA. The rooting rate was up to 100%, and the roots were long and thick. The survival rate of hardening plantlets was 98% after being transferred to a mixture of peat, vermiculite and perlite with a ratio at 1:1:1. The study provides technical support for the propagation and industrialization production of Fargesia fungosa, and also is of important reference value to the tissue culture of other species in the genus.
