Determination of the effective factors in natural resources destruction and their share Case study Sis tan and Baluchestan.

The destruction and the destructive factors of natural resources are the most important problems in our country in general and in sis tan and baluchestan in particular. Most of the destructive factors are identified but their rank and share of distraction on the natural resources require more studies. The main purpose of this research is to clarify the rank and share of destructive factors in the climate of the province based on division offered by Henri Pabo. In this research we focused on the humanitarian destructive factors due their importance. This analytical – descriptive research has been conducted in a documentary and field study method by applying means such as questionaries, professional observation , measurement , studying public opinion and professional expertise opinion on nine sampling area in tree different climate . Conclusion showed that ignoring the drought in seven last years in province as a natural destructive factor, the humanitarian factors such as rooting out the bushes, converting rangelands, cutting trees and fragments of branches, increase of live stocks and tacking by – products (crops) with the share of 5/1 to 25/8 percent has the greatest share in the destruction of natural resources among 17 recognized factors in province. This factors are similar with little shifting in different climates of province. These factors are derived from the high number of family members and their finance poverty. In other to control these problem government took steps such as paying subsides, births control .suitable and cheep fuel establishment of cooperative of watershed residence of natural resources.
