In order to study on salinity stress on 25 accessions and cultivars of melon an experiment was carried out in simple lattice with 2 replications in zabol agriculture and natural resources research center zahak station.Analysis of variance showed significant difference in characters except fruit number , pulp diameter , cavity diameter , TSS and length plant. In salinity stress significant difference was only for plant length. From aspect of yield in normal and salinity condition, accession number 12 with 20553 and 17337 kg/ha respectively had the most yield among all genotypes .Simple coefficient correlation in normal condition showed yield with fruit length, cavity diameter, fruit weight and seed weight has significant and positive relation and almost in salinity stress condition there are this relation. Accession number 12 and shadegani cultivar as known good for cultivation in saline area. Key Words: Melon, Salinity, Yield, Cultivar
