Collection and Determination of the scale insects fauna of Kerman and Sistan & Balouchestan Provinces

Ninethy nine scale insects species belong to 58 genera and 8 families (Coccoidea) are identified from Kermand and Sistan & Balouchestan provinces as follows: Diaspididae (69), Coccidae (8), Asterolecaniidae (1), Pseudococcidae (12), Ortheziidae (1), Eriococcidae (3), Margarodidae (2) and Pheonicococcidae (1). The new species Exallomocholus balouchestanensis Moghaddam, 2013, Phenacoccus iranica Moghaddam, 2013, Phenacoccus karkasicus Moghaddam, 2013 and the new records for Iran: Coccura circumscripta (Keritchenko), Paracoccus burnerae (Brain), Phenacoccus pumilus (Keritchenko) and Fiorinia proboscidaria for this study.
