This experiment was conducted on uniform grape trees (Vitas vinifera L. clv. 'Khalili') in Bavanat and Shiraz (Akbar-Abad) regions in 2010- 2011. Trial was arranged in a Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) in two years, to determine the effects of nutritional management and environmental condition (consecutive drought), with three replication and five trees per each plot. Experimental treatments consist of 1- farmer traditional condition (ctrl.) 2- Foliar application of 3% Folvic acid on mid April 3- Foliar application of Fosnutren amino acid fertilizer contain 8.4% free Proline 4- Foliar application of Brassinosteroid (0.4 mg.L-1) 5- Soil application of Brassinosteroid (0.4 mg.L-1) 6- Synchronize foliar application of 2, 3 and 4 treatments in developing period of growth cycle. The experiment, overall, was carried out on 90 uniform vine trees. Foliar application of above mentioned treatment was done in tree growth stage of vine trees i.e. before flowering, after flowering and after full leaf development times. The results of evaluating the drought resistance indices as Photosynthesis Efficiency, Stomatal conductance, Transpiration rate, Water use efficiency, Relative water content, Leaf ABA and proline, soluble sugar, chlorophyll a, b and a/b ratio on full expansion leaf of vine illustrate the significant effect of foliar application of Brassinosteroid (0.4 mg.L-1) as growth bio-promoter on the increasing of potential drought resistance and yield of Khalili grape trees. of effects of Also the results showed that synchronize foliar application of 3% Folvic acid, Fosnutren amino acid fertilizer contain 8.4% free Proline and Brassinosteroid (0.4 mg.L-1) treatments in developing period of growth cycle, improved the physiological growth condition of vine trees and had a positive effects on other measured quantitative and qualitative parameters like increasing the flower intensity, preventing the flower dropping before pollination, increasing the fruit set, expansion of ripening period, synchronized fruit ripening, induced fruit size, increasing the quality of fruit color, sugar and total soluble solid. The highest yield in this experiment belong to Synchronize foliar application of 3% Folvic acid, Fosnutren amino acid fertilizer contain 8.4% free Proline and Brassinosteroid (0.4 mg.L-1) treatments in developing period of growth cycle and then respectively to Foliar application of Brassinosteroid (0.4 mg.L-1), Foliar application of Fosnutren amino acid fertilizer contain 8.4% free Proline in early April, Soil application of Brassinosteroid (0.4 mg.L-1) in late April and Foliar application of 3% Folvic acid on mid April, with 64, 46, 44, 39 and 20 percent yield increment in comparison with control. Key Words: Khalili grapevine, amino acid fertilizer contains free Proline, Brassinosteroid, drought stress, Folvic acid
