Powdery mildew is a common and serious disease of cucurbit crops. The disease occurs in cucumbers grown both in field and greenhouse conditions. For registering new environmentally safe and health fungicides aiming the availability of a wide range of these effective and safe fungicides to farmers, efficacy of Mildew cure was evaluated at three different doses 7.5, 10, and 15 ml/l in comparison with Flint WG 50% 0.2 g/l as standard fungicide and check (without any spraying) in Karaj in two years. Trials were laid out as completely randomized block design (CRBD) with five treatments and four replications. Foliar applications of fungicides were made at 7 day intervals, started after early symptoms appearance and followed up until check treatment infected in max level at Horsfal and Barrat scale. The results were expressed as the percentage of leaf area infected by powdery mildew based on Horsfal and Barrat scale. In field and greenhouse trials the mean of data for each plot used for analyses of variance as completely randomized block design (CRBD) and means compared as Duncan multiple range tests. Analyses of combined two years variance results revealed that there are significant differences among different treatments at P0.05 and P0.01 probability level in field experiment. In field trials Duncan's Multiple Range Test showed that Mildew cure 7.5, 10 and 15 ml/l decreased disease by 76.2% and 76.8% respectively compared to no spraying check. According to these results Mildew cure 10 ml/l recommended for field applications. Two years analysis of variance revealed that there are significant difference between years and year Χ treatment. Due to these results in greenhouse trials analyzed separately for each year. Analysis of variance of data obtained seven days after last spraying revealed that there are significant differences among different treatments at P0.05 and P0.01 probability level in greenhouse experiments at both two years. In these trials Duncan's Multiple Range Test showed that Mildew cure 7.5 ml/l decreased disease by 90% compared to no spraying check. According to these results Mildew cure 7.5 ml/l due to economical aspects recommended in application at greenhouse conditions for cucurbit powdery mildew disease management.
