Studying ecophysiological and biochemical reasons of yellowing Haloxylon in Sabzevar.

Haloxylon sp. is one of the plants that plays effective role in stabilizing blowing sands and has specific characteristics same as too suitable regeneration, resistance against unsuitable environmental conditions…. Unfortunately, becoming yellow and sometimes dry of some Haloxylon individuals has created problems and anxieties. Several researches have been carried out for finding reasons of this condition. We performed ecological and physiological studies in this research. Our research showed that there are differences between green and yellow individuals in growth of twigs, reproduction, amount of seed, number of flower… Yellowing depends on different factors same as plant density, soil, soil salinity, pests, genetical factors…
