russe. Рассмотрены проблемы современного с.-х. машиностроения и обеспеченности с.-х.организаций высокопроизводительной техникой. Предложена стратегия устойчивого развития отрасли на основе маркетинговой, инновационной стратегии и элементов наступательной стратегии. Факторами риска при реализации стратегии являются снижение спроса на продукцию в результате насыщения рынка западной техникой, особенно бывшей в эксплуатации (риск этот можно исключить, производя более надёжную и производительную технику, по стоимости ниже даже бывшей в эксплуатации западной техники); снижение спроса на продукцию в результате субсидирования с.-х. техники зарубежного производства, в результате увеличения импорта (в условиях работы в ВТО необходимо предусмотреть механизм приоритетного и более благоприятного субсидирования отечественной техники); опасность сценария развития отрасли на старых технологических укладах и в результате полная потеря экспорта и даже внутреннего рынка (стратегия развития отрасли должна предусматривать только 5 и 6 технологические уклады); ограничения существующей налоговой системы и налоговой политики. Разработанная стратегия позволит сгладить возможные риски и выстроить пути их исключения или хотя бы уменьшения.

The article examines the problems of modern agricultural engineering and availability of high-performance equipment for agriculture.A strategy for sustainable development of the industryon the basis of a marketing, innovative strategy, and with elements of a forward strategy,is suggested.Risk factors during realization of strategy are: decrease in demand for products as a result of market saturation with the Western machinery, especially with the second-hand one (this risk can be eliminated, if to produce more reliable and productive equipment, at a price which is lower than even the second-hand Western machinery); decrease in demand for products as a result of subsidizing of agricultural machinery of foreign production, due to import increase (within the WTO it is necessary to provide a mechanism of priority and more favourable subsidizing of domestic machinery); risk of a scenario of the industry development on the previous technological mode and a complete loss of exports and even domestic market as a result (the strategy of industry development should include only 5th and 6th technological modes); the restriction of the existing tax system and tax policy.The developed strategy will allow to smooth possible risks and create the ways of their exception or at least reduction.
