УЧАСТИЕ ГИППОКАМПА В ГОРМОНАЛЬНОЙ РЕГУЛЯЦИИ ПИЩЕВОЙ АКТИВНОСТИ

russe. В работе изучено влияние повреждения гиппокампа на содержание грелина и лептина в крови в зависимости от функционального состояния пищевой активности у мышей линии F1 от DBA/2J и C57BL/6J. Повреждение дорсального гиппокампа привело к резкому увеличению содержания гормонов в крови на сытом фоне, уменьшив коэффициент соотношения лептин/грелин за счет повышенного вдвое содержания грелина. При этом операция не затронула динамику ответа гормонов при изменении пищевой активности от сытого состояния к голодному и к пищедобывательной мотивации. Полученные результаты свидетельствуют о том, что гиппокамп определяет уровень проявления гормонального фона независимо от силы метаболических сигналов о состоянии пищевого центра.

The article considers the effect of hippocampal damage on the content of ghrelin and leptin in blood depending on the functional state of the food activity in F1 mice from DBA/2J and C57BL/6J. Damage of the dorsal hippocampus increased the hormone levels and reduced the leptin/ghrelin relation by the increasing of ghrelin content. Surgery not affected on the dynamics of the hormone response in three physiological states: satiation state - food-deprivation - food-getting motivation. The results suggest that the hippocampus determines the level of manifestation of hormonal levels independently of the intensity of metabolic signals on the state of food center.
