A rapidly growing ecological, technological and other problems in modern cities has stimulated the formation process of dezurbanization, it means the resettlement of urban residents to the countryside. An aggravation of these problems occurs by factors such as limited energy resources, the unfavorable ecological situation, the high cost of energy, including alternative energy. In order for resettlement to rural areas was appropriate, it is necessary to introduce into the domestic activities of people energy-saving technologies and use of renewable sources: energy from the sun and wind, geotherma energyl, biogas. Today, the development of alternative power should be one of the key areas of modern economy of Russia.
