Transboundary Diagnostic Analysis (TDA) for Arafura and Timor Seas was approved and endorsed by the Project Board on March 2012. The overall objective of the ATS Transboundary Diagnostic Analysis is to identify transboundary priority environmental concerns, their direct and indirect drivers, and impacts on ecosystem services and human well-being. With the TDA as the basis, the objective was also to present practical and implementable proposals for consideration during development of the ATS Strategic Action Programme (SAP).
