In course of the research there were studied biotechnological methods of cow reproductive ability increasing in the conditions of complexes with industrial technology. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. As a result of realized research there were presented experimental data obtained by the authors as a result of years of work, and summarized the findings of other researchers on the topic. The focus was on studying the causes of heifers and impact of active physical exercise forced the normalization of sexual function; assessment of reproductive ability of fresh cows of domestic and foreign breeding techniques and prevention of infertility in dairy systems, communication between the sperm acrosome status of frozen-thawed semen and effectiveness of insemination; quality and acceptability of frozen-thawed embryos, depending on the conditions of the donor cows, cost-effectiveness of these techniques.
