Analysis of single nucleotide polymorphism DNA whole genome provides an opportunity to determine the relation quantitative trait loci with thousands of markers and increase the reliability of estimation of animals breeding value from 30-40% to 60-90%. Technology accelerates genetic progress by reducing the range of generation sand the value of testing bulls for quality offspring. In Belarus presence of the objective reasons (absence of the modern high-efficiency equipment, accessible at the price of the domestic test-systems and account materials) and subjective reasons (absence of highly skilled experts) are deterrents in carrying out large-scale genome researches. In this connection it is necessary for us to get new technologies - the equipment for the DNA analysis and the software in a ready kind, and then to adapt for specificity of our conditions.
