Press cake of rapeseed use as a part of mixed fodders for highly productive cows in number of 15% (with the contents of 0,17% isothiocyanites in recalculation for dry skim substance) makes positive impact on milk efficiency and a qualitative compound of milk. Use of such mixed fodders allows to increase a daily average yield of natural milk on 6,0%. Physical and chemical parameters of milk at use of the given input norm of rape oil cake conform to parameters of the milk received from control animals. It was not observed essential distinctions in biochemical parameters, fermentative activity, blood mineral structure of experimental animal and feeding by rape oil cake in offered dozes has not rendered negative influence on a physiological slate of animals.
