The article deals with the results of research into the association of ESR, EPOR, PRLR and FSH в genes with indica-tors of reproductive traits of sows of the Belarusian Large White and Belarusian meat breeds. Genotypes (ESRBB,EPORTT, PRLRAA, FSH вBB) associated with higher reproductive performance of sows have been determined. Sows of the Belarusian Large White and Belarusian meat breeds of ESRBB genotype on grounds of estrogen receptor gene excelled the animals of ESRAA genotype in terms of both litter production and the number of weaned pigs. Reproductive performance of sows of the Belarusian meat breed of EPORTT genotype excelled that of sows of EPORCC genotype. On grounds of в-subunit gene of follicle-stimulating hormone sows of this breed of FSH вBB genotype excelled sows of FSH вAB genotype. To increase fecundity of sows of breeds of domestic selection it is appropri-ate to use animals of ESRBB, EPORTT, PRLRAA and FSH вBB genotypes
