In course of the research there was studied the efficiency of action of macro and micro fertilizers, fungicide treatment of crops and growth regulators on bread baking qualities of two winter wheat (Triticum aestivum) varieties - Syuita and Fineziya. The research was realized in 2010-2013 in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus on the experimental field of Grodno Zonal Institute for Plant Growing (Grodno region). As a result of realized research it was revealed that the best indicators of bread quality in experiences with winter wheat Syuita were obtained by application of N180 in five times and N180 in five times with two top-dressing by micro fertilizers. Indicators of quality of grain, flour and bread of winter wheat Fineziya were conceded a little to similar indicators of winter wheat Suite, but influence of complex application of fertilizers, fungicides and retardants was identical. The best indicator of flour quality on the average was received for two years of researches in a variant with entering of N180 into five terms, two topdressing by micro fertilizers, and treatment by fungicide and retardant. In this variant high protein content (14.4%) and one of the best indicators of the gluten content (29.8%) was noted. The specified characteristics were confirmed also with an estimation of bread quality which made 3.7 points at an indicator of porosity 3.8 points.
