In Order to determine high yield sesame lines 28 genotypes including : purlines obtained from landreces germplasm and segregating populations and two chek genotypes (30genotypes), were evaluate in Karaj, Moghan and Varamin . Each polt was consisted of four 5 meter rows spaced in 60 cm with intra-row spaced set on 10-15 cm . Important breeding and characteristics such as : date of flowering , type of branching , number of capsule per axil , number of capsules per plant , plant height and date of preliminary maturity were recorded . Analysis of variance was carried out for yield , number of capsules per plants, plant height and number of seed per cap sule . The highest seed yield were observed from : -Genotypes mumber 24 , 2 and 21 with 2567 , 2009 and 1904 kg/ha respectively in Karaj . -Genotypes number 19 , 1 and 16 with 1730 , 1504 and 1444 kg/ha respectively in Moghan . -Genotypes number 7 , 9 and 14 with 1675 , 1627 and 1610 kg/ha respectively in Varamin
