This research was carried out in two years for Comprison of six fungicides for controlling of wheat stem rust. The experiments were conducted under natural Conditions in research fields of Ekbatan station of Agricultural and resources center of Hamedan in 2011-2014. The experimental design was randomized complete block with ten treatments and three replications. Treatments included Tilt (500ml/h), Artea(500 ml/h), Falcon(500 and 600 ml/h), Folicor(1000 ml/h), Alto(500 ml/h) and Amystar(500 and 750 ml/h) and a check treatment (without any use of fungicides). Each plot had 4 rows 3 m long. At adult plant stage, infection type(IT)of each treatment was evaluated based on Roelfs et al. 1992 methods. The results of this study showed that the all fungicides were effective in controlling stem rust and they were significantly different from control treatment. Among the tested fungicides Falcon (600ml/h) with a mean of 14.2% infection rates was the most effective fungicide, This Fungicide also increased w 1000 grain weight to 48/47 g in comparison to Check treatment with 40/05 g. and other treatments were between these two groups. In terms of product performance, Amistar (750ml/h) with 6.42 tons per hectare had the highiest yield in comparison to the Check treatment with 5/05 tons per hectare and other treatments were between these two groups.
