Formation of yield and quality of blue lupine (Lupinus angustifolius L.) grain on soddy-podzolic soils with different mobile phosphates supply

russe. Изучали влияние фосфатного состояния почвы и минеральных удобрений на бобовые культуры. Опыты проводили в 2012-2014 гг. в Смоленской обл. Люпин узколистный (Lupinus angustifolius L.) выращивали в полевом опыте, заложенном на дерновой среднеподзолистой почве на агрофонах с разным содержанием подвижного фосфора – средним (естественный фон), повышенным и высоким (искусственные фоны). Два последних агрофона созданы путем внесения фосфоритной муки в дозах 450 и 900 кг Р2О5 /га под предшествующую культуру – озимую тритикале (x Triticosecale Wittm. & A.Camus). Схема опыта: контроль, N20К90, N20К90Р45 (суперфосфат), N20К90Р45 (фосфоритная мука). В среднем за 3 года на искусственных фонах прибавка урожайности составила 15–27% по отношению к урожайности на естественном фоне (1,50 т/га). Азотно-калийные удобрения способствовали её увеличению на всех изучаемых фонах, а высокая эффективность фосфорных удобрений разной растворимости отмечена на среднем фоне, с окупаемостью 1 кг Р2О5 6,4–6,9 кг зерна. Уровень содержания подвижных фосфатов в почве оказал значительное влияние на большую часть элементов структуры урожая, а действие азотно-калийных удобрений носило разнонаправленный характер. Фосфорные удобрения оказали существенное влияние на массу зерна с одного растения и с квадратного метра площади посева только на естественном фоне. Выявлена тесная зависимость между взаимодействием изучаемых факторов и качеством продукции – сбором сырого белка. При этом максимальная общая сумма аминокислот (22,36%) и доля незаменимых аминокислот (10,22%) отмечались на повышенном фосфатном агрофоне, в вариантах N20К90 и на контроле соответственно. Максимальная урожайность 2,44 т/га достигнута в варианте N20К90Р45 (суперфосфат).

anglais. The influence of soil phosphate status and mineral fertilizers on legumes was uner study. The experiments were realized in 2012-2014 in Smolensk region. Soil of the experimental plot was sod middle podzolic one. Blue lupine (Lupinus angustifolius L.) was grown in the field experiment on the agricultural backgrounds with different content of available phosphorus – medium, high and the highest. The latter two backgrounds are created by adding 450 and 900 kg P2O5 / ha of ground phosphate rock for the preceding crop – winter triticale (x Triticosecale Wittm. & A.Camus). The experimental variants are: control, N20K90, N20K90R45 (superphosphate), N20K90R45 (phosphate rock). During 3 years yield increase on the artificial backgrounds amounted to 15–27% compared to the natural one оn average, on which 1.50 t/ha yield was obtained. Nitrogen and potash fertilizers contributed to yield increase on all studied backgrounds, and the high efficiency of phosphate fertilizers of different solubility is marked on the background with medium phosphate content, with a payback 6.4–6.9 kg of grain for 1 kg P2O5. The level of mobile phosphates in the soil had a significant impact on most of the elements of yield structure, whereas the effect of nitrogen-potassium fertilizer varied. Phosphate fertilizers contributed significantly to the grain weight of per plant and per square meter only on the natural background. The close relation between the interaction of the studied factors and the production quality (crude protein yield) was revealed. At the same time, the maximum total amount of amino acids (22.36%) and the proportion of essential amino acids (10.22%) were observed on the high phosphate agricultural background, in the variants N20K90 and control, respectively. Maximum yield of 2.44 t/ha was achieved in the variant of N20K90R45 (superphosphate) application.
