russe. Выявляли зависимость величины удоев голштинских коров и содержания белка в молоке и крови животных от содержания протеина в корме. В эксперименте было задействовано по 15 здоровых коров контрольной и опытной групп живой массой 570-640 кг, с удоем до 6500 кг. Научно-хозяйственный опыт проводился по принципу пар-аналогов в условиях животноводческого комплекса в течение 3 лет. Потребление кормов животными устанавливали ежедекадным взвешиванием кормов и их остатков. Молочную продуктивность определяли по результатам ежемесячных контрольных доений с последующим расчетом удоя за 305 дней лактации. Все численные данные приводятся как средние за три лактации. Принципиальное отличие в кормовом рационе дойных коров контрольной и опытной группы было в замене части комбикорма глютеном кукурузным. Содержание сырого и переваримого протеина в контрольном и опытном рационах составляло 3020 и 4230 г; 2416 и 3384 г соответственно. Выявлено увеличение удоев у коров опытной группы на 563,3 кг. Концентрация белка в крови опытных животных была выше на 21% по сравнению с контрольными. Наблюдали увеличение содержания белка в молоке коров опытной группы на 0,5%. Получена зависимость количества протеина в корме и содержания белка в молоке и крови животных: Z=3,2-3,7X+0,5Y, где Z – содержание белка в молоке; X – содержание протеина в корме; Y – содержание белка в крови. Прослеживается зависимость концентрации белка в молоке при наличии двух групп по белку в крови: при среднем содержании белка 7,7 и 8,6%. Сделан вывод, что обогащение корма протеином улучшает условия для образования белка в организме коров, способствует росту концентрации общего белка в крови животных и увеличению массовой доли белка в молоке, а также продуктивности.

anglais. Revealed was the dependence of milk yield of Holstein cows and the protein content in milk and blood of animals on the protein content in the fodder. Two groups of animals – test group and control with 15 healthy cows in each group participated in the experiment having a body weight of 570-640 kg and the yield of up to 6500kg. Scientific and practical experiments according to the principle of pairs-analogues were carried out at the animal production unit for 3 years. The feed consumption by animals was determined with the help of weighing the fodder and its remainder each decade. Milk yield was determined in accordance with every month control milking followed by calculation of milk yield for 305 days of lactation. All figures were given as average for 3 lactations. The main difference in the feeding diet of milking cows of the control and experiment groups has been in substituting a part of the mixed fodder with corn gluten. The contents of the crude and digestible proteins were 3020 and 4230 gr versus 2416 and 3384 g in the control and experiment diets, respectively. It was found that the yield of the experiment cows increased by 563.3 kg on the average for 3 lactations. Protein concentration in the blood of the experimental animals was by 21 % higher than that of the control ones. Increase of protein content in the milk of control group by 0.5% was observed. A relationship between the protein level in feed and the protein level in milk and blood of the animals was received: Z=3.2-3.7X+0.5Y, where Z is protein level in milk, X – protein level in feed, Y – protein level in blood. Dependence of protein concentration in milk was observed at presence of two groups by protein in blood: at an average protein content of 7.7 and 8.6%. It has been concluded that the enrichment of feed in proteins improves conditions for protein formation in cows' bodies, promotes the growth of total protein in the blood of the animals and increasing the weight fraction of protein in milk and milk productivity.
