Лабораторные и производственные исследования устройства для механической обработки кожного покрова КРС | Laboratory and production studies of the device for mechanical treatment of cattle skin

Для подтверждения и уточнения теоретических зависимостей, а также оптимизации конструктивно-режимных параметров были проведены экспериментальные исследования конструкции устройства для механической обработки кожного покрова крупного рогатого скота (УМО). В процессе лабораторных исследований разработаны методика оценки качества работы УМО, методика и стенд для определения расходных характеристик привода УМО. В стенде реализована возможность регулирования эксплуатационных параметров: скорости перемещения по кожному покрову животного, усилия прижатия УМО к обрабатываемой поверхности, величины вакуума и расхода воздуха (для регулировки частоты вращения вала с очищающими элементами (ОЭ)). Определены оптимальные параметры конструктивных и режимных параметров: диаметр и длина ОЭ - 1,3-1,5 и 12-18 мм соответственно; модуль упругости материала ОЭ - 380-420 МПа; величина прогиба ОЭ - 1,8-2,3 мм; частота вращения вала с ОЭ - 210-235 рад/с; скорость перемещения УМО - 0,15-0,21 м/с, количество проходов - 2. Производственные испытания УМО проведены в 2 хозяйствах Оренбургской области. Определяли работоспособность предложенного универсального УМО, реакцию животного на механическую обработку его кожного покрова. В производственных условиях работа УМО оценивалась по величине изменения продуктивности животных (суточному удою) и качеству получаемого молока - жирности и бактериальному обсеменению. Значения продуктивности каждого животного фиксировались ежедневно. Установлено, что применение УМО разработанной конструкции способствует увеличению суточного удоя молока в среднем на 10,2% (при удоях в контроле 60-64 кг), увеличению жирности молока с 3,57 до 3,76%, сокращению бактериальной обсеменённости молока. Даны рекомендации по применению УМО в хозяйствах и на предприятиях АПК.

In order to confirm and clarify the theoretical dependences, as well as to optimize the constructive and regime parameters, experimental studies of the design of the apparatus for cattle skin treatment, have been conducted (AT). In the process of laboratory trials the methods of assessing the quality of the AT operation, the technique and stand for determining the performance characteristics of the AT drive. The stand affords the opportunity to control such operation parameters as: the speed of its movement on the skin surface of the animal, the contact pressure of the AT to the treated surface, the magnitude of the vacuum and air flow (for regulation of the rotation frequency of the shaft with cleaning elements (CE)). Optimum parameters of design and regime data are determined: diameter and length of CE are 1.3-1.5 and 12-18 mm respectively; the module of elasticity of CE material - 380-420 mPa; CE deflection size – 1.8-2.3 mm; frequency of shaft rotation with CE - 210-235 rad/s; speed of AT movement – 0.15-0.21 m/s, number of passes - 2. The production tests of the AT were carried out on 2 farm enterprises of Orenburg region. The operational capacity of the suggested universal AT and the animals' response to the mechanical treatment of its skin were determined. The AT performance under production conditions was evaluated by changes occurring in the animal's performance (daily yields) and the quality of milk produced, i.e. milk fat and bacterial contamination. The data on the productivity of each animal were recorded daily. It was found that the use of the designed AT results in the increase of daily milk yield on average at 10.2% (with milk yields in control being 60-64 kg), the increase of milk fat content from 3.57 to 3.76%, and reduction of bacterial contamination of milk. Recommendations on the use of the AT on farms and AIC enterprises are given.
