Intestinal bacterial composition changes of chicken-broilers with including in the diet of a probiotic and a sorbent

anglais. The experiment was carried out in one of poultry enterprises of Sverdlovsk region. The study involved 4 groups of Smena-4 broiler chicken cross. The control group received only a basic ration, the experimental ones additionally received centrifuge effluent from the production of “Biosporin” probiotic (2.5 mL/head/day in the age of 1 to 28 days and 5.0 mL/head/day in the age of 29 to 42 days), a gaize from Krasnogvardeiskoe field of Sverdlovsk region as a feed additive at a dose of 3.0% of the ration dry matter, both additives were added individually or in a combination. A bacteriological study of broiler chicken manure showed the presence of E. coli and yeast cells in the manure of one-day-old chicks. The second study carried out two weeks later showed that the most pronounced positive changes of bacterial composition of the manure were in the group supplemented with probiotics, there was a 68.0% decrease of E. coli, in the group with the addition of the gaize the decrease of E. coli was 20.0%, in a variant with a combined use of the two feed additives the decrease was 60.0% as compared with the control group (2.5 *10E9/g). The manure comprised no lactose-negative Escherichia coli and the number of poorly fermented coliforms decreased from 2.0 *10E7/g in the control group to 0.1 *10E7/g in the group with the gaize, to 0.05 *10E7/g in the group with a probiotic and to 0.07 *10E7/g in the group with the combined use of both additives. With the decrease in poultry manure of lactose-negative and poorly fermented E. coli, the rate of lactose-positive E. coli was increased, what had a favorable effect on the growth and development of lactic acid bacteria, the amount of which in the manure of broiler group with the addition of the gaize increased to 10.0 *10E8/g, or 20 times, in the group with the addition of probiotic to 30.0 *10E8/g, or 60 times, and in the group with their combined use to 28.0 *10E8/g, or 56 times as compared with the control group (0.5 *10E8/g). In the group that received the gaize the number of Enterococcus in the manure was halved (1.5 *10E6/g) and the other groups had neither Enterococcus, nor opportunistic pathogenic microflora in their manure. The use of probiotics has been recognized as expedient.

russe. Опыт проводили в Свердловской области на одной из птицефабрик. Было сформировано 4 гр. цыплят-бройлеров кросса Смена-4. Контрольная группа получала только основной рацион, опытные дополнительно получали фугат от производства пробиотика "Биоспорин" (2,5 мл/гол/сут в возрасте 1-28 дн. и 5,0 мл/гол/сут в возрасте 29-42 дн.), кормовую добавку опока Красногвардейского месторождения Свердловской области в дозе 3,0% от сухого вещества рациона, а также обе добавки совместно. Бактериологические исследования помета цыплят-бройлеров показали, что у суточной птицы в помете отмечено наличие кишечной палочки и дрожжевые клетки. При повторном исследовании через 2 недели наибольшие позитивные изменения бактериального состава помета были отмечены в группе с добавкой пробиотика, количество кишечной палочки снизилось на 68,0%. При добавке опока ее количество уменьшилось на 20,0%, при совместном скармливании двух кормовых добавок – на 60,0% в сравнении с контрольной группой (2,5*10E9/г). При этом в помете полностью отсутствовала лактозонегативная кишечная палочка, а количество слабоферментируемой уменьшилось с 2,0*10E7/г в контрольной группе до 0,1*10E7/г – в группе с опоком, до 0,05*107/г – с пробиотиком и до 0,07*10E7/г – при совместном их скармливании. С уменьшением в помете птицы лактозонегативной и слабо ферментируемой кишечной палочки возрос удельный вес лактозопозитивной, который благоприятным образом отразился на росте и развитии лактобактерий, количество которых в помете бройлеров группы с добавкой опока возросло до 10,0 *10E8/г, или в 20 раз, с добавкой пробиотика – до 30,0 *10EE8/г, или в 60 раз, при совместном их применении – до 28,0 *10E8/г, или в 56 раз в сравнении с контрольной группой (0,5 *10E8/г). В группе, получавшей опок количество энтерококков в помете уменьшилось в 2 раза (1,5 *10E6/г), в остальных группах они полностью отсутствовали, равно как и условно-патогенная микрофлора. Применение пробиотиков признано целесообразным.
