Influence of fertilizers and means of plant protection on the grain quality of intensive cultivars of winter wheat (Triticum aestivum L.)

The peculiarities of winter wheat cultivars manifest not only in different levels of yield, but also in grain quality, which can be altered due to the cultivation technologies and plant protection means. Technological properties of winter wheat grain cultivars Moscow 39, Galina, Nemchinovskay 24, Moscow 56, Nemchinovskay 17, Nemchinovskay 57, Moscow 40 and Line 982, grown by the base, intensive, high-intensive technologies, were studied in field experiments in Moscow and Tula regions at soddy-podzolic and grey forest soil in grain crop – fallow – row crop rotation in 2005-2014. New cultivars productivity when using high-intensive technology reached the following amounts: Moscow 39 cultivar – 10.02 t/ha, Nemchinovskay 24 – 12.17 t/ha, Galina – 13.01 t/ha, Moscow 56 – 11.01 t/ha, Nemchinovskay 57 – 10.70 t/ha, Nemchinovskay 17 – 12.0 t/ha, Moscow 40 – 11.85 t/ha and Line 982 – 10.44 t/ha. Technological quality of gluten did not decrease in grain grown at high-intensive technologies. It was found that as the rates of fertilizers and means of plants protection application increased the parameters of grain quality improved: hectolitre weight of grain, weight of 1000 grains, gluten and protein content in grain, flour strength, porosity and volumetric output of bread. In grain of Moscow 40 cultivar the protein content was 15.4%, the gluten one – 32.1%, in grain of Nemchinovskay 57, Moscow 56 and Nemchinovskay 17 cultivars – 14.1–14.9%, the gluten one – 29.2–30.1% respectively. The gluten quality in the studied cultivars when growing using high-intensive technology didn't decrease for years of the research experiments. The Moscow 39 cultivar is better adapted to modern technologies than others. The conclusion is that the means of chemicals use applied in intensive technologies positively influence the yield and the grain quality.

anglais. Специфичность сортов озимой пшеницы проявляется не только в урожайности, но и в качестве зерна, которое может меняется вследствие применения минеральных удобрений и средств защиты растений. В полевых опытах, проводившихся в Московской и Тульской областях на дерново-подзолистой и серой лесной почве в зернопаропропашном севообороте в 2005-2014 гг., изучали технологические свойства зерна сортов озимой пшеницы Московская 39, Галина, Немчиновская 24, Московская 56, Немчиновская 17, Немчиновская 57, Московская 40 и Линия 982, возделываемых по базовой, интенсивной, высокоинтенсивной технологии. Урожайность новых сортов при высокоинтенсивной технологии достигала значений: сорта Московская 39 – 10,02 т/га, Немчиновская 24 – 12,17 т/га, Галина – 13,01 т/га, Московская 56 – 11,01 т/га, Немчиновская 57 – 10,70 т/га, Немчиновская 17 – 12,0 т/га, Московская 40 – 11,85 т/га и Линия 982 – 10,44 т/га. Установлено, что с ростом интенсивности применения удобрений и средств защиты растений улучшаются показатели качества зерна: натура зерна, масса 1000 зерен, содержание клейковины и белка в зерне, сила муки, пористость и объемный выход хлеба. В зерне сорта Московская 40 содержание белка составляло 15,4%, клейковины 32,1%, в зерне сортов Немчиновская 57, Московская 56 и Немчиновская 17 - 14,1–14,9%, клейковины – 29,2–30,1% соответственно. Качество клейковины изученных сортов при выращивании по высокоинтенсивной технологии за годы исследований в опытах не снижалось. Лучше других адаптирован к современным технологиям сорт Московская 39. Сделан вывод, что применяемые в интенсивных технологиях средства химизации положительно влияют на урожай и качество зерна.
