В статье анализируется импортозамещение в сфере сельскохозяйственного производства как процесс.Обращено внимание на отсутствие сформировавшихся и устойчивых тенденций активного развития собственногосельскохозяйственного производства как реакции на продуктовое эмбарго. Указывается на ослаблениеэкономической и продовольственной безопасности в условиях девальвации рубля, снижения внутреннего спроса,роста цен на продовольствие и повышение планки его доступности для населения.
