The content of the categories of «infrastructure support business in the agricultural sector» and «technical infrastructure» is revealed. The necessity of forming the technical infrastructure of entrepreneurship in agribusiness based on the technical specifications of security producers is set. The method of calculation of technical support organizations and individual entrepreneurs in agribusiness is developed. Funding sources for the establishment of specialized technology centers and a model of optimal territorial distribution are defined. Target indicators are calculated and the basic provisions of the regional long-term target program for the formation of the technical infrastructure business in agribusiness Orel are developed.
