anglais. Cereals occupy a dominant place in the structure of sown areas as the main products of market specialization. Level of grain - a key indicator of food security at the regional and national level. The article presents data on the development of grain production. The dynamics of changes in sales volumes of grain in the context of its individual cultures. We consider a system of indicators of production efficiency of the grain industry. The data cost of grain, its fiscal revenues and profits from the sale. The factors causing the profitability and efficiency of grain production in the Ulyanovsk region.

Уровень производства зерна – важнейший показатель продовольственной безопасности на региональном и общегосударственном уровне. В статье приводятся данные о развитии зернового производства. Исследована динамика изменения объемов продаж зерновых в разрезе отдельных его культур. Рассмотрена система показателей эффективности производственной деятельности зерновой отрасли. Приведены данные себестоимости зерна, его денежно выручки и прибыли от реализации. Рассмотрены факторы, обуславливающие рентабельность и эффективность зернового производства в Ульяновской области.
