Black sea sprat Clupeonella cultriventris (Nordmann, 1840) - the new Ponto-Caspian species in the fish fauna of Belarus

A new Ponto-Caspian species of fish - the black sea sprat Clupeonella cultriventris (Nordmann, 1840) have been confirmed in the water reservoirs of Belarus. Now composition of fish fauna of Belarus includes 65 species, 8 species penetrated to the territory of Belarus from the Ukraine due to anthropogenic causes by the expansion of the range via the River Dnieper.

Цель настоящего исследования – подтверждение информации об обитании черноморско-азовской тюльки и оценка ее места в структуре рыбного населения прибрежных мелководий нижнего участка р. Днепр в пределах Брагинского района (Беларусь). Подтверждено обитание в водоемах Беларуси чужеродного понто-каспийского вида рыб - тюльки черноморско-азовской Clupeonella cultriventris (Nordmann, 1840). В настоящее время состав ихтиофауны Беларуси включает 65 видов, из которых 8 проникли на территорию Беларуси по р. Днепр с территории Украины вследствие антропогенно обусловленного расширения ареала.
