Afficher plus [+] Moins [-]anglais. In a course of the research there was studied the foreign experience of state regulation of land relations in the agrarian sector. On the basis of research of experience of CIS and far abroad countries in the field of state regulation of land relations were summarized its main instruments - economic incentives for conservation land to agricultural use, organization and management levels. As a result of realized research there was revealed that the regulation of land relations in the countries with market and transition economies was an important part of their domestic policies, implemented with the help of a system of measures, the procedure for the application of which depends on national, climatic, soil and other conditions specific to a particular country. In most countries, special attention was paid to the improvement of land legislation, which has a high level of regulation of land target use and strict observance of the principle of priority of agricultural land use. In this case the main tool to promote conservation of land in agricultural use was their preferential tax treatment, which was expressed in full or partial exemption from land tax.
