Afficher plus [+] Moins [-]В статье представлены результаты исследования геля Эстам, которое проводили на морских свинках, кроликах, белых крысах. В работе использовали животных 2,5-4 месячного возраста. Опытные и контрольные группы были сформированы по принципу аналогов. Гель Эстам при однократном нанесении не оказывает местнораздражающего действия на кожные покровы. При нанесении на слизистые оболочки и орган зрения оказывает слабо выраженное раздражающее действие. При многократном нанесении на кожные покровы морских свинок не проявляет сенсибилизирующую активность и аллергенную способность, не обладает кожно-резорбтивным действием при эпикутанной резорбции.
