Study of a threshing device in the line of primary flax processing

anglais. Flax appears one of the most important technical crop cultivated in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. But nowadays the profiability of flax industry is represented with rather low level due to high labour consumption, unsufficient mechanization and lack of high-quality linseed. Improvement of seed-harvesting equipment (threshing machines) allow solving the problem of linseed processing. The paper presents the methods and results of the experimental research aimed into determining the degree of flax heads threshing with a device with an elastic working part in the line of primary flax processing of the firm Van Dommele Engineering. As a result of the experiment the mathematical model of flax threshing has been obtained. It’s established that the threshing degree E = 98.81 % can be received when the speed of flax band transporting is 1.41 m/s (v = 1.41 m/s), the space between a working part and concave is 0.01 m and the frequency of cylinder rotation is 2.92 s–1.

Представлены методика и результаты экспериментальных исследований по определению степени обмолота коробочек льна обмолачивающим устройством с эластичным рабочим органом в линии первичной переработки льна фирмы Van Dommele Engineering. В результате проведения полнофакторного эксперимента получена математическая модель процесса обмолота ленты льна обмолачивающим устройством предлагаемой конструкции. Установлено, что степень обмолота E = 98,81 % может быть достигнута при скорости подачи ленты льна v = 1,41 м/с, зазоре между рабочим органом и декой = 0,01 м, частоте вращения рабочего органа = 2,92 с–1.
