Внедрение в ветеринарную практику различных средств фитотерапии актуально ввиду физиологичности их действия, экологической и экономической целесообразности. Это свидетельствует о целесообразности дальнейших изысканий новых отечественных эффективных средств из местного растительного сырья. В статье приведены результаты исследований по ветеринарно-санитарной оценке качества мяса овец при применении оригинального препарата зверобоя продырявленного полученного по оригинальной методике с применением нанотехнологий. По органолептическим и физико-химическим показателям мясо овец после применения оригинального препарата зверобоя продырявленного не имеет отклонений от мяса здоровых овец и является доброкачественным. Мясо является безвредным и не обладает токсичным действием на тест-объекты инфузории Тетрахимена пириформис. Терапевтическая эффективность препарата зверобоя продырявленного при лечении эймериоза у овец составляет 100%.
