The drug Cryox on the test objects (metal, wood, brick, lawn), which contaminated by sanitary-indicative microbes was active at a concentration of 0.5% or higher. Cryox agent at a concentration of 0.3% had a virucidal effect on the Newcastle disease virus of birds, avian infectious laryngotracheitis, avian influenza virus and had no toxic effects on the RER.

Фактор редукции средства Криокс в концентрации 0.5% и выше и экспозиции 30-60 минут в количественном суспензионном методе, в том числе и с белковой нагрузкой, по отношению к санитарно-показательным микробам был более 5 lg, что соответствует требованиям СанПиН 21-112-99 г. ‘Дезинфекционные средства и технологии. Нормативные показатели безопасности и эффективности дезинфекционных средств’ для данных средств. Средство Криокс на тест-объектах (металл, дерево, кирпич, батист), обсемененных санитарно-показательными микробами, проявляло активность в концентрации 0.5 % и выше. Средство Криокс в концентрации 0.3 % оказывает вирулицидное действие на вирусы ньюкаслской болезни птиц, инфекционного ларинготрахеита птиц, вирус гриппа птиц и не обладает токсическим воздействием на РЭК.
