russe. Представлен обзор литературных данных по этиологии и патогенезу, лечению и профилактике мочекислого диатеза у кур. Анализ литературных данных позволяет заключить, что мочекислый диатез (подагра) относится к наиболее часто диагностируемым заболеваниям молодняка кур уже с 2-недельного возраста. При появлении у птицы признаков мочекислого диатеза необходимо, прежде всего, выяснить причину и устранить ее. В практических условиях эта задача решается очень трудно, поскольку нужно учитывать множество факторов. Контролю подвергаются все технологические параметры выращивания ремонтного молодняка, программы кормления и вакцинопрофилактики птицы против инфекционного бронхита и болезни Гамборо, исключают наличие других вирусных и бактериальных инфекций. Особое внимание обращают на содержание в кормах протеина, витаминов, загрязненность микотоксинами и ядохимикатами.Борьба с мочекислым диатезом очень сложна и обусловлено это, в первую очередь, развитием тяжелых необратимых морфологических изменений, устранить которые терапевтическим вмешательством практически невозможно. Поэтому ветеринарные мероприятия должны быть направлены на профилактику болезни, обеспечивающую правильный обмен веществ у птицы и снижение концентрации мочевой кислоты в сыворотке крови птицы до физиологических показателей. Эффективность лечебно-профилактических мероприятий зависит от того, насколько верно установлена причина и как быстро она устранена.

anglais. The overview of the literature data on the etiology and pathogenesis, treatment and prevention of gout in hens was presented. Analysis of published data suggested that uric acid diathesis (gout) is among the most commonly diagnosed disease of young chickens from 2 weeks of age. When a bird has the signs of urine acid diathesis it is necessary, first of all, to find out the cause and fix it. In practical conditions this problem is solved very difficult, because it is necessary to consider many factors. All process parameters of rearing, feeding programs and vaccination of poultry against infectious bronchitis and Gumboro disease are exposed to a control, the presence of other viral and bacterial infections are excluded. Particular attention is paid to the content of protein in the feed, vitamins, mycotoxins and pesticide pollution. Fight with uric acid diathesis is very complex and it is due, primarily, the development of severe irreversible morphological changes, which eliminate the therapeutic intervention is almost impossible. Therefore, veterinary measures should be aimed at preventing disease, providing proper metabolism in poultry and decrease the concentration of uric acid in the blood serum of a bird to physiological parameters. The effectiveness of therapeutic and preventive measures depends on how true reason is installed and how quickly it is eliminated.
