Morphological and biochemical parameters of blood of cows in case of use by-product of maize starch production in their rations

The nutritional value of feed with the additive corn gluten obtained during the processing of maize is studied and the evaluation of morphological and biochemical parameters of blood of cows using in the diet are evaluated. For definition the influence of the feed additive on the metabolic processes in the body of cows it were studied morphological and biochemical blood parameters in 2 groups of animals. Dairy cows in the control group received a silo of spontaneous fermentation, animals of the experimental group - silage with preservative and the protein additive on the basis of wastes of corn starch production (dry gluten) in the ratio 4 : 1. It has allowed to raise the content of crude and digestible protein on 40%, starch - on 21%, and also sugar and mineral substances in the ration. The protein additive in the ration composition promoted the optimization of cow homeostasis. The elevated levels of blood hemoglobin, erythrocytes, alkaline reserve, total protein, calcium, phosphorus, and carotene are shown of black-motley breed lactating cows of the experimental group.

Изучена питательная ценность комбикорма с добавкой кукурузного глютена, полученного при переработке кукурузы, и проведена оценка морфологических и биохимических показателей крови коров при его использовании в рационе. Для определения влияния кормовой добавки на обменные процессы в организме коров были изучены морфобиохимические показатели крови у 2-х групп животных. Дойные коровы контрольной группы получали силос спонтанного брожения, животные опытной группы – силос с консервантом и белковую добавку на основе отходов производства кукурузного крахмала (глютен сухой) в соотношении 4 : 1. Это позволило повысить содержание в рационе сырого и переваримого протеина на 40%, крахмала на 21%, а также сахара и минеральных веществ. Белковая добавка в составе рациона способствовала оптимизации гомеостаза коров. У дойных коров черно-пестрой породы опытной группы выявлено повышение содержания в крови гемоглобина, эритроцитов, щелочного резерва, общего белка, кальция, фосфора каротина.
