In a course of the research there was studied the development of the method of flutriafol residues determination in rape (Brassica napus) and flax (Linum) seeds and rapeseed and linseed oils by GC-MS. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. As a result of research it was found that all experiments to determine the values of constants (P) and coefficients (D) different in distribution flutriafol extraction system (ES) were performed at 20±1 degrees Celsius. The relative error of definition of P and D does not exceed +/-5%. The results were shown in the table. Based on the obtained experimental data, the method of the determination of flutriafol residues in rape and flax seeds and rapeseed and linseed oils by GC-MS was developed. The proposed sample preparation technique was based on dissociation extraction and provided obtaining chromatograms without peaks, interfering with peaks of determining substance. The method is characterized by low reagent consumption and quickness of analysis. The technique made it possible to determine flutriafol at concentrations lower than the maximum residue level. The recovery of flutriafol from studied matrices was higher than 80%.

На основе экспериментальных данных разработана методика определения остаточных количеств флутриафола в семенах и масле льна и рапса газохроматографическим методом с масс-спектрометрическим детектированием. Экстракционная методика пробоподготовки основана на диссоциативной экстракции и обеспечивает получение хроматограмм без пиков, интерферирующих с пиком определяемого вещества. Отличается простотой аппаратурного оформления, малым расходом реактивов и экспрессностью. Разработанная методика позволяет определять флутриафол ниже МДУ и характеризуется более 80 %-м извлечением флутриафола.
