Исследования провели на свиноводческом комплексе СПК «Нива-2003» Гродненского района. Установили, что скармливание поросятам-отъемышам комбикорма, в составе которого пшеницу (23,5%) и часть соевого шрота (1,5% по массе комбикорма) заменили тритикале, негативно сказалось на скорости роста поросят. Среднесуточный прирост поросят-отъемышей понизился на 26 г или 6,58%, затраты корма на прирост живой массы повысились на 0,17 кг или 6,23%. Обогащение комбикорма с тритикале мультиэнзимной композицией «Фекорд-2004С» интенсифицировало рост поросят. По скорости роста и оплате корма приростом живой массы поросята, получавшие комбикорм с ферментной добавкой, практически не отличались от контрольных животных. Под влиянием мультиэнзимной композиции в крови поросят увеличилось содержание гемоглобина и общего белка. Ферментный биокомплекс «Фекорд-2004С» оказывает деструктивное действие на сложный антипитательный комплекс, содержащийся в зерне тритикале, способствуя повышению поедаемости и эффективности использования молодняком свиней питательных веществ этого зерна.
