Comparative efficiency of oats cultivation in conventional and organic farming system on sod-podzolic loamy soil

anglais. In course of the research there were studied crop yield and grain quality of oats (Avena sativa) at cultivation by traditional and organic systems of arable farming. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus on high-fertile sod-podzolic loamy soil in 2013-2014 in a field technological experiment in Minsk region. As a result of realized research there were revealed that the oats cultivation without the use of mineral fertilizers and synthetic plant protection products ensured the grain yield of 42.8 kg/ha. The grain yield decreased because of the refusal plant protection products was not significant and amounted to 2 kg/ha. Oats grain obtaining in the organic farming system was characterized by slightly lower protein content and essential amino acids compared to conventional fertilizers. Compliance with regulations on the use of pesticides in oats crops ensured the absence of residual amounts of their active ingredients in the grain.

В исследованиях на высоко окультуренной дерново-подзолистой суглинистой почве установлено, что возделывание овса без применения минеральных удобрений и синтетических средств защиты растений обеспечило получение урожайности зерна 42,8 ц/га. Недобор урожая зерна из-за отказа от средств защиты растений был не существенным и составил 2 ц/га. Зерно овса, выращенное при органической системе земледелия, характеризовалось несколько более низким содержанием белка и незаменимых аминокислот по сравнению с традиционной системой удобрения. Соблюдение регламентов использования пестицидов в посевах овса обеспечило отсутствие остаточных количеств их действующих веществ в зерне.
