Species composition of fungi parasitizing on winter wheat root system

russe. Проведены исследования по изучению видового состава грибов, вызывающих корневую гниль озимой пшеницы в условиях Республики Беларусь. Установлено доминирование грибов F. avenaceum, F. equiseti и F. oxysporum. На корневой системе озимой пшеницы впервые в республике выявлен гриб Exserochilum pedicellatum.
Afficher plus [+] Moins [-]anglais. In a course of the research there was studied species composition of fungi, parasitized on the root system of winter wheat (Triticum). The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus in 2012 on the State strain-testing stations in Molodechno, Mozyr, Lepel, Kobrin, Bobrujsk districts during the period of route survey crops. As a result of research it was revealed that the specific composition of the causative fungi root rot varies depended on the location and varieties of the sample collection. It was determined prevalence of fungi F. avenaceum, F. equisetiand F. oxysporum. For the first time on winter wheat root system fungus Exserochilum pedicellatum was revealed. Fungi dominance structure of the genus Fusarium in the root system of winter wheat (laboratory experiment) was presented. Conidia pathogens of root rot Helminthosporium etiology were showed.
